Welcome to Nature Artify, an online marketplace for trading Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our marketplace. By accessing
and using Nature Artify, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before
participating in any transactions on our marketplace.
1. General Terms
- 1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into
contracts in your jurisdiction. By using Nature Artify, you confirm that you meet these criteria.
- 1.2 Account Creation: You must create a user account with accurate and current
information. You're responsible for your credentials and all activities under your account.
- 1.3 Fees and Payments: A 0.1 ETH minting fee is charged per item. A 15% commission
is deducted from every NFT sale. Payments are processed securely.
- 1.4 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all local laws. You must not use
Nature Artify for unlawful purposes.
- 1.5 Platform Usage: Nature Artify is a marketplace and does not own or endorse listed
NFTs. Transactions are strictly between users.
2. NFT Listings and Transactions
- 2.1 Ownership and Authenticity: You must own the NFT you're listing and be
authorized to sell it. Proof of ownership may be required.
- 2.2 Prohibited Content: NFTs containing illegal, offensive, or infringing content
are not allowed. Nature Artify may remove such listings and suspend violators.
- 2.3 Disputes and Refunds: Users should resolve disputes themselves. Nature Artify does
not arbitrate and is not responsible for user disagreements.
3. Intellectual Property
- 3.1 Copyright: You must have the rights to all content in your NFTs. If flagged for
copyright issues, a 1 ETH insurance deposit may be required.
- 3.2 License: By listing an NFT, you grant Nature Artify a non-exclusive license to
promote and display your NFT. This does not transfer ownership.
4. Termination and Suspension
- 4.1 Termination: Nature Artify can suspend or terminate your account for any reason,
especially for violations or harmful activity.
- 4.2 Account Deletion: You may request account deletion, which is irreversible. Some
data may be retained as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
- 5.1 Nature Artify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- 5.2 While we aim for reliability, Nature Artify can't guarantee uninterrupted access or
complete security.
- 5.3 Disputes between users are not Nature Artify's responsibility. Users must resolve
them independently.
- 5.4 Some jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions. Your local laws may override
parts of these limitations.
6. Amendments
- 6.1 Nature Artify can change these terms anytime without notice. Updates are effective
upon posting.
- 6.2 Continued use of Nature Artify means you accept any revised terms.
- 6.3 Additional terms may apply for certain features and will be binding.
- 6.4 In case of conflict, specific policies override these general terms where
applicable.
By using Nature Artify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
